Hi, I’m Cindy McGhee, your professor

As the founder of NextGen Tax Services PLLC, I’ve experienced the ups and downs of running a successful business. I’ve hit stumbling blocks. And I’ve been stuck. Really stuck. Sounds familiar, right?

But then I realized something fundamental.

While it takes passion and grit to get started, it takes a lot more than that to grow a business into a millionaire’s success story.

At UpgradeU, my team and I will empower you to bust through glass ceilings. We draw on over twenty years of experience taking thousands of business owners to six and seven figures. But we don’t just talk about it or give you pep talks. We give you the practical tools to make it happen.

There’s no handbook to make it to the top. Sustainable growth requires working ON your business just as hard as your work IN it.

Building an empire isn’t an overnight event. UpgradeU will give you the tools to build, scale and break through the plateau that’s blocking your progress from growing upwards and onwards.

There is no fast track to building an empire. You know this as fact. That’s why when it comes to putting in the work, you’re all in! So am I! I’ve designed a four-level curriculum with real-world experience of what really works

Freshman Level

Your empire is only as strong as the foundation it’s built upon. Get started with this 13-week program that will help you examine and diagnose your current business situation to ensure your foundation is rock-solid and ready to face the stormy seas of entrepreneurship. In addition, your assessment will help open your eyes to the possibility of growing in areas you never thought of before.

Sophomore Level

You are more likely to overestimate what you can do in a year but underestimate what you can do in a month. Our faculty will help you design an action plan to have you laser focused on a three-month goal. This 13-week consulting program puts you in a small group of empire-building women who will challenge you and push you as you make great leaps in your business.

Junior Level

You’re ready to go from self-employed to CEO, but you need a guide to make that transition successfully. From mapping out your processes to hiring your second in command, our 1-on-1 consulting program is customized to help YOU get things done and put your company in a position to grow.

The 1-on-1 consult program requires a six month commitment and includes a 90 minute 1-on-1 strategic session to define your goals and key items, define performance indicators and establish your vision for success.

Senior Level

You can already see your empire taking shape, but at this level, there’s always something new and complicated to navigate through. This 2-day Intensive Workshop is fully customized to help you quickly move the needle and blaze your path forward (even amid chaos!)

We’ll start with a comprehensive evaluation of your current business. Then UpgradeU will roll out a strategic plan that aligns with each of the 4 M’s – tailored specifically to meet your business’ goals. Have questions? The Senior Level includes 12 on-site hours with me and members of our faculty, plus access to live monthly trainings and Q&A’s.
